SATURDAY ART MARKET IN WILLIAMS PARK EXTENDED

St. Petersburg, Fla. (December 31, 2007) - In response to the demand by shoppers and artists alike, the Saturday Art Market has been extended through April. New artists, as well as market regulars will continue to display their work from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday in Williams Park.

Shoppers can extend their market experience by visiting both the Saturday Morning Market on Central Avenue, as well as the Art Market. “It’s a great opportunity to ‘market mingle’,” said Leslie Curran, the owner of Interior Motives and organizer of the art market.

Williams Park will continue to host dozens of vendors displaying a variety of art including: pottery, photography, glass work, jewelry, oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, and mixed media. Accompanied by local food vendors and live music, this colorful addition to St. Petersburg’s Saturday market scene offers visitors the opportunity to see diverse artists and art in one lively location.

The Saturday Art Market, located at the corner of Fourth St. and First Ave. N., is organized by the management team at Interior Motives. For more information, call (727) 898-6061.
